During my three-night stay at Thorup Guesthouse in July, I found it to be a surprisingly good value for an active traveler like myself. The hotel was clean and comfortable, situated a short stroll from the beach, which made it an ideal base for exploring the stunning coastal scenery. The owner, Dorte, was incredibly accommodating, preparing porridge for breakfast after I mentioned it was my go-to at home. It's these thoughtful touches that make you feel valued during your stay. The shared kitchen and laundry facilities come in handy, especially for those of us on adventure-filled itineraries. The cozy dining area and terrace offered a nice spot to recharge after a day of hiking or beach activities. While it lacks some high-end amenities, the overall experience is well worth it considering the cost. If you're looking for a location that balances value with comfort, I recommend giving Thorup Guesthouse a chance. You may just want to return!
